Tiger started in 1995 in stylish Copenhagen. We have developed from a modest outlet to a recognised chain with over 120 stores across Denmark, Iceland, Germany, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Finland, Norway and now Scotland.

Our first store in Scotland

In March 2012 we opened our first Scottish store in Livingston. We are encouraged by the positive response from our customers and are planning 3 further stores in 2012.

Our mission is to provide our customers with stylish products, in a pleasant environment, at astonishingly low prices. We don’t mess around with our prices, everything in our stores is priced in whole pounds with nothing exceeding £20.

In Denmark, Tiger has caused a mini retail revolution. We are making the point that cheap and cheerful can be achieved, and at the same time amaze our customers at what is possible for the low prices. Such a mini revolution is our target for the Scottish market. Tiger is a variety store with a difference.

Our customers find great service and a store design that makes you want to browse. We don’t shout about our prices, we let our customers make their own judgement.

The outlook for Tiger Scotland is very exciting. Our aim is to open more stores in 2012 and bring a Tiger store to a location near you.
