Little Shoppers - Stay Safe with The Centre's child safety scheme

Headed by our mascot – Bernie Bear – the Little Shopper Stay Safe scheme helps families enjoy a relaxed, safe and carefree day out by minimising the distress of children and parents who may become separated during their visit.

The scheme is very simple:

• Entering The Centre children are offered a wrist band on which their parent or guardian will write their contact details.
• If the child then becomes separated, they will be asked to find one of the many shop windows displaying the "Bernie Bear" logo.
• Parents can contact The Centre using the information on the Little Shopper information card.
• We can then send a customer services representative to quickly locate the child and reunite them with their parents, with minimum fuss and distress.

All our staff have been fully briefed and will be happy to provide more information about the scheme if approached.
